these are photos from a trip taken yesterday to the reservoir, about 3 miles from where i live. this is where all of nyc's drinking waters comes from. this street used to be "olive bridge" but now its blocked off to motor vehicles and you can only ride bikes or walk across the reservoir. by the waters edge, below the bridge, is what has come in my life to be known as "tree bones".. .beautiful. xo holly
